for items that exist and are to be sold. You will only
list items that you are legally entitled to sell. You

including anything defamatory, pornographic, or unsafe.
You will use our services only for lawful purposes
and not use our services inappropriately or unreasonably.
(For example, but without limitation, to send spam,
chain messages or abusive, defamatory, obscene, menacing
or malicious messages, interfere with anyone’s
rights, publish any offensive, unlawful or actionable
material, collect information about others, create
a false identity, or communicate material which infringes
any third party right, any applicable laws or regulations
or is likely to do so);
Otago Property property listins may be used by individuals
or businesses to sell specific properties only and
must not be used for multiple or generic item listings.
Listing may contain a URL for further information.
However this URL location must not offer any items
for sale, or contain contact details. You must not
use Otago Property listings to promote a
business or web site.
For classifieds, you may choose to sell to any buyer
at your discretion. Listings are not pre-screened for
content. Otago Property reserves the right to remove
any listing that it deems unsuitable or in breach of
the terms and conditions.
The advertising of specific goods and services may
be covered by advertising regulations and requirements.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply
with these requirements.
1.5 Risk and Liability
You acknowledge that by placing an advertisement with
Otago Property you accept all risks associated with
contact, including fraudulent behavior of buyers or
sellers, and any misconduct. Otago Property makes no
warranty to the quality of goods or services advertised
on our websites, the accuracy of information provided
in listings, product ownership, your expectations or
actions associated with your resulting purchase enquiry.
Advertisers take full responsibility for the content
and representation of advertisements and listings that
appear on this web site, including hyperlinks. Advertising
placement on our web site does not constitute Otago
Property’s
recommendation or endorsement of the advertised product
or service.
1.6 Termination through non compliance
with our terms and conditions
Otago Property may limit your activities on this web
site, remove your advertisements or listings, issue
you warnings, suspend or terminate your account with
us or refuse to provide our services to you if you
breach these terms and conditions or where we consider
it appropriate.
